1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be issued for services only under the following conditions:

    • If the service was not delivered as agreed upon in the scope of work or contract.

    • If the service was canceled by Orchid Media before its initiation.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • The following services are non-refundable:

    • Completed video production, photography, or social media management deliverables.

    • Deposits or retainer fees, as outlined in your service agreement.

    • Any partially completed services for which work has already commenced.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of service delivery or cancellation.

  • Please send refund requests to hello@orchidmedia.co, including the following details:

    • Your full name and contact information.

    • Details of the service purchased and the reason for your refund request.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Changes to This Policy

  • Orchid Media reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
